T&P Train Station
The history of downtown Fort Worth can be traced through its beautiful architecture. Historic and modern buildings blend in our skyline to tell interesting stories about our city. We start at the historic T&P Train Station on the patio of The Tavern at 9:00 am. The monthly tours are guided by knowledgeable and entertaining history buffs who share a love of Fort Worth. Tim Young provides complimentary breakfast burritos.
Just make your reservations (space is limited) and come enjoy the 2-3 mile walk through downtown Fort Worth, with lots of stops along the way. There is free parking at meters along W Lancaster Avenue or paid parking in the lot in front of the T&P building. Transportation directly to The T&P Station from Dallas, DFW Airport, and mid-city transit stations is available via Trinity Metro.
